Automated Data Transfers
Verus Actuaries has implemented a number of ways to streamline the process of preparing an actuarial certificate.
One of the ways we do this is by automating the transfer of actuarial certificate data to us by integrating our services with major SMSF administration platforms and common data formats. This makes the process fast and reliable, by avoiding the need to re-key data.

BGL Simple Fund
Requesting a certificate via BGL Simple Fund 360
As a BGL Integration Partner, Verus is fully integrated with the BGL Simple Fund 360 online administration platform.
Our integration with BGL Simple Fund 360 automates:
• The transfer of the actuarial certificate data from BGL 360 to Verus.
• The instant update of the fund's records on BGL 360 with our draft tax exempt percentage.
• The lodgement of our final tax exempt percentage and actuarial certificate to the fund's records on BGL 360.

Importing data from BGL Simple Fund PDF files
For users of the desktop version of BGL Simple Fund, our website can read the data directly from PDFs of your fund’s draft financial statements and general ledger. This means that almost all of the information required by our online request form can be pre-filled from your PDF files, making the process faster and more reliable.
To take advantage of this functionality, you need to be logged in on our system. If you would like us to set up a client login for you (provided free of charge), or if you have any questions, please contact us.
Class Super
As a Class Integration Partner, Verus is fully integrated with the Class Super fund administration platform.
Our integration with Class Super automates:
• The transfer of the actuarial certificate data from Class Super to Verus.
• The instant update of the fund's records on Class with our draft tax exempt percentage.
• The lodgement of our final tax exempt percentage and actuarial certificate to the fund's records on Class.

Mclowd
Verus is also integrated with the Mclowd SMSF administration platform. If you administer your fund on Mclowd, you can easily send us the data we need to prepare an actuarial certificate, using the built in functionality within Mclowd

Excel Data Import
Our online form allows you to import data directly from an Excel data input template file. This functionality is intended to assist clients who prefer entering data into Excel, and for those who work with data sources that are more easily translated into Excel format. You are free to complete as much of the Excel data input template as is convenient for you, with all the other information items being entered directly into online form, or prefilled from your user profile.
